Delivery time Standard UK delivery takes a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 8 business days from dispatch.

Delivery cost Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delayed or lost orders If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@simogs.shop with your order number and we will investigate with our courier and resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
