Refund policy

Our promise We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns free of charge.

Condition of returned items Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, complete with any tags or seals.

Return shipping cost Return shipping within the UK is free — we do not deduct a return postage fee from your refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within [5–10 business days]. You'll receive an email confirming your refund has been issued.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within [30 days] of delivery for a free replacement or full refund, including any delivery cost — this is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellations Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This return policy is offered in addition to, and exceeds, that statutory minimum.
